This jointing is specifically recommended for duties on turbine generators with hydrogen cooling, and in transmission and distribution equipment (such as switchgear) where SF6 gas is used for spark shielding. Prime features Developed for hydrogen cooling duties and where SF6 gas is present. 1010 Ω.cm resistivity at 100Vdc. +110°C maximum operating temperature in liquids. Retains flexibility down to -15°C.
