AFM34/2,Victor Reinz公司完全符合饮用水安全标准的无石棉垫片材料

The most successful Victor Reinz® sealing material AFM 34 in its new version AFM 34/2 meets also the Elastomer Directive of the German Federal Environmental Agency (“Guideline for the hygienic assessment of elastomers in contact with drinking water”). AFM 34/2 can therefore be used in drinking water applications without restrictions. All test values are complied with according to the stipulated test methods without exception. Sealing material in accordance with the Elastomer Directive must be used for drinking water applications according to the German Drinking Water Ordinance no later than as of January 1, 2017 – Releases according to KTW recommendations are valid until 12/31/2016 at the latest.
In many countries drinking water is the foodstuff subject to most stringent controls. When distributing drinking water via the pipe system of the water utility companies and installation in buildings, it also comes into contact with elastomer materials, e.g. in pipes, fittings and seals.
To ensure that AFM 34 is fit for the entire scope of applications in all aspects of drinking water, the proven sealing material was adapted in detail based on aramid fibers – without altering the outstanding technical properties of the original material. The new AFM 34 material for drinking water applications according to the elastomer directive can be ordered immediately with the designation AFM 34/2.
